It just occured to me that school is starting on Friday!

I haven't bought textbooks yet
I haven't done my homework yet
I haven't retrieved my stationary from the ziplog bag we used for exams

It feels like holiday just started and I'm still basking in the after-exam mood. And my class will be at the corner which I abhorr totally because the entire row of teachers/ vps will be standing next to my class and they be checking our uniforms like a vulture hunting for food.

They. Are. Evil.

Guess who I gave the hugest, nicest, most lovely, most thoughtful gift?
Myself. Haha. No I didn't mean it. It just kinda... happened.

On the other hand, like my sistaz said, but Christ back into Christmas!

Anyway, I shall continue on my post on the tyraid of events.

Tomorrow is Youth Camp! Which is of course exciting. And we're making our jerseys tomorrow which is also v v v exciting since it's Adidas this year! Haha. And we're actually having morning runs during youth camp which is damn weird because our church is damn small and if we were to have a proper run we will have to run at least 100rounds.

Anyway I shall talk to them now, though it's nothing much cause if not I'll be repeating the entire contents of the card I wrote.

24th December 08
We had caroling to the houses tuhday! Haha. Me, Hannah Joaannaa, Loretta and Ruth were singing the alto part (The monotone like out-of-tune parts). But it was rather fun! Haha. Hannag forced Keemin to take us in his car and torture him with our monotonous voices. And everyone was so impressed with us because we could sing Cantonese and Hokkien! (Grace Caroling secrret). And we were singing and eating and talking from 6 to 12 we allllll almost died.

And anyway, today was a nice nice day. We sang 4 songs during the service and Me, Slowpoke Mil, Loretta and Ruth got confirmed! (Happy Day!) And we had church potluck! Haha. It was damn good. Even though the sanctuary was freezing and my nails were blue, it was still rather haha.

According to jiaolian, this was the most unlucky day of the week. But nothing happens with luck. It was raining the night before and so the court was slightly slightly wet. And I fell slightly slightly. But the cut wasn't slightly slightly. I probably lost 10g of flesh. And this has to be the most painful cut I ever got in my whole entire life!!! When I touched it with water I was probably even foaming and shivering in pain and I could hear my white blood cells calling out for help to fight bacteria. I am not exaggerating. (Maybe a little). But the school should seeriously get a new court for us. Haha.

10th December 2008
We had friendly match in the morning against Anglican High so we all met at Tanah Merah Mrt to walk in together (It was darn damn far!!!) And the school was huge. I mean, what do they use a fountain in school for? And yay yay we won them 76-66. Happy like crap.

11th December 2008
After training went with Jiajian to City Hall- I was gonna meet Joannaa and Naomi and she her Grace. Haha. And there was this man who came to us saying,

"Sisters, you both must study hard, understand? Because I know. I've been through all these things. Look at the economy now! It's failing, right? If you were working, you'll be fearing retrenchment right? So you must listen to me. I've advised many people already. Some have asked if they should buy property now, I said no but they didn't listen to me. Look! Look! Aren't the prices soaring down? See? Then when that time comes, no one can help you. So now you must start studying hard. I'm not teaching you anything bad, right?"

Wow I have fantastic memory! And our reply- Uhm! Ah! Orh! Ya! Correct! Yes! Right!

And I actually dreamt that I was Indiana Jones!!! Maybe the fifth version of Indiana would come! But I think Harrison Ford's too old.

VBS- 2nd Day
Came from training which was just nice lunch time. Haha. Then taught the children how to sing sing again while Rebecca and Ruei Jean taught the actions. (Tough man!). And they had art and craft that day which I had nothing to do again. Haha. So I just strolled around and sat around. Since it was raining, I became the umbrella party to escort the children to their bus. Haha. And we waited for the bbq to start, and the children who were staying over were in some room playing ma tong, cards etc. So we were supposed to occupy them for like 1 hour ++, so I decided to tell them 3 stories! Haha the wanton, monk and pink pingpong ball story. I don't realle know why, but soon they all left the room...

While the bbq started, we all just sat around the tables and got served (Yay). Haha. And then we played jenga- another version like uno stacko. Me, Joanne, Milmil, Joanna, Celestine, Jasper Mervin Naomi, and Delano (P4- the only kid). And we all found out that he had a girlfriend in school and Mervin being the usual mervin annoyed him the entire evening hahaha. And we realised that the Cedar power reigns in this game because apparently me and Naomi didn't drop the thingy once. Hahaha. And Mervin did a near triple hat trick by knocking it down like 8 times. (Loser to the max hahah). Then w bathed, cleared up and continued doing painting for the background. And we slept. Over!

I shall continue day 3 tomorrow my fingers are tired. :)

I think it's just so wonderful that I get to catch Jiamin at the most embarrasing times. Haha. I actuallt saw her swinging around giant.

VBS- First Day.
I led singspiration with Josiah and didn't do much but stood there and did the actions with him. Haha. And everything was super last-minute. Since I wasn't given a specified role, I helped out in painting the background for the puppet performance and ended up in a beautiful array of colours on my shirt. I went home feeling like a construction worker that day.

But... Joanna gave me the job of teaching the P3 and 4- What a friend we have in Jesus. Which was mainly a rather cheem song. And the class in total had 10 boys and 5 girls. Kids sing really funny-ly. I think their voices can go higher than Sarah Brightmn's. Hahaha. And had my fair share of shouting at boys. (haha). While Ruei Jean and Rebecca taught the girls, and Mervin just popping in and out to watch the performance. Ha ha. Thank God I had realle handsome and cute little boys like Harel and Delano in my class. Bliss :)

Ah my fingers are incredibly tired from the result of soyabean overdose. Bye for now.

Hello I just came back from Vacation Bible School (VBS) for kids & I'm dead tired but I'm unable to sleep. I wonder why. As predicted, this week is the worse week of the year, which was presumely supposed to be the best. VBS was fun fun as usual, ad I was given the p3 and p4 to teach the camp theme song- What a friend we have in Jesus. I shall continue tomorrow since I'm feeling weirdly indescribable.

This post has weirdly no 'haha's.

This was supposed to be the happiest week of the year.

Yesterday, after sending my Dad off at the airport, hanging around the super empty and gst free shopping area which I think will close down any time though there is no gst. I took a bus to parkway to change bus, and halfway, I ran into parkway cause I needed to erm, clear my bowels. And all 4 toilets were cleaning!!! I almost died. Halfway, there was an announcement that said, "We will be activating our fire alarm in 2 minutes". Crap.

Anyway, I was on my way to Toapayoh to

• get my jersey from Leenabird as the competition we were entering, the opening ceremony was on Monday, and we were wearing our white jersey (Of which mine was with Leenaaa).
• And to meet the rest as they were supposed to all meet at toapayoh and go to Unity Sec together!

And guess whatttttttt! I received the worst phonecall of my life. I was worse than someone calling you from the movie 'Phonebooth' and telling me that if I hang up, I'll die or something. The opening was cancelled was trai-freaking-ning is resumed. :'( But since I was already on my way there... So I went to meet Leena and talked to wait for JJ to come.

But in the end Jiaolian said that the entire competition was cancelled (We only thought the ceremony was cancelled-.-) Urrgh! This was supposed to be a relaxing and happy play match week.

Anyway, today I met the worst sales person/ waiter or whatever you call the person who stands behind the counter selling food. Obviously I don't look like a service critic or those type so she decided to be lazy.
