back from training! again. today's was a killer. we ran, ran, ran, not jog 3 rounds around the school! and shermin was still able to shout! whoa. and we competed against the sec4s. they attack. ah.

before training, i went to compass point with mildredchan. she wanted to see winnie the pooh! but, they were ugly. ha!
